Sorry to say this... But looks dont equal performance... If you want your JLR to perform, get the Picco 2607 or 2617 pipe. If you want something economical, but still get the most performance, get the Skyline VR12 Plus

This is the best combo, a JL Evo 3 and a Picco 2607 pipe set.

I have the JLR both tuned and stock versions with all 3 pipes mentioned above

IDM 2617 - no comments yet, going to try it out this weekend. Good for large tracks as people say
Picco 2607 - great bottom power, sometimes even it's even a bit too much especially for inexperienced driver
Skyline - great pipe, just a bit less power than with 2607, but very smooth acceleration. I only didn't like the manifold - the place were you attach the engine springs is too thin and the holes get teared after a few races, I replaced the manifold with the Novarossi one for ~35$ and problem solved. But then again if you count the pipe 55$ + manifold 35$ then why not get 2607 or 2617 for ~110$, which will still pull out more of your engine and they are also EFRA approved

Picco/JLR/IDM are great engines, but I like the RB as well, it performs very well at our local track. There's a bargain deal at carpicorn for it:

well its not that bad... I got myself a 2008 wasp which is really quick... a bit hard to tune but its not impossible... you will need to pay attention to the settings which seem to be very sensitive....

Oops!! Meant to say the Skyline Plus 12 should be your 2nd choice. Ask for Sam at Kamikaze and he should be able to get you set up.

Default Best 12 nitro engine

I deal with Sam on a weekly basis, and see him at the races every weekend.
Before I knew Sam, I of course shopped at other shops.
But I have to say, that Sam has the best deals on engines, whether it be on-road, or off -road, Pico, Novarossi, Mega, just about what ever floats your boat.
