i am looking at getting a new 4wd onroad gas and wondering what i should get? wanting a 2 speed for sure traxxas hpi or ??? my hobby shop can get anything so whats your input

Ask your hobby shop for there recommendations & look at the part support they have worst thing is you buy a new car & they don't have any parts to support it

racing i only buy pro cars because of the advantiges and adjustibility no price range i know they are expensive been in the hobby for 12 years in off road

also not sure i like 1/8 scale but i have raced 1/10 all my life my next truck is going to be a lst2 i have a 1/8 usa1 and love it i like the 1/8 OFNA Hyper One Seven car it has reverse (it will mainly be me and my buddies) but i am wanting input ya know? thank your for all your help

You want to race and your looking at traxxas? Your main options are Mugen MTX4R, Kyosho V1RRR EVO WC, XRAY NT1, SERPENT 720. These are the top cars that everybody runs and are proven on the tracks.

all 1/10 i guess and as for traxxas i am an off road guy thats why i am asking before buying and the track is here but they don't race might in the future but not now

Before you chose which car you are going to run, the best thing to do would be to go down to the local race track and have a chat tho the racers there and see what kind of cars are popular there.
If you chose a car that a few guys are running there successfully, they will be able to help you with setup advise and will most likely have spares you could buy if you have a breakage and don't have the part!

Cause the fuel tank looks like an arrow therefore it makes you go faster

why would you not consider a team magic g4 car?? didnt it win last years european championships???only because the TM car does not have a good driver in the US dosent mean you cannot win with it?just look at all your options mate and dont just think mugen is the best?

I wouldn't consider a G4 because i changed from a G4 to the MTX4 and i can assure you that i'm wrapped with the Mugen and won't be going back as my MTX was faster first race meeting out than my G4 ever was after 18 months of racing!

as for onroad cars i would recomend the kyosho v-one rrr evo wc team edition it comes with all the hop ups and the car is fast out of the box but like george martinez said you buy what you can get parts for as for the g4 nobody runs it in florida so i cant give any input on it hope this helps
