Do you have a tire truer and a micrometer? If you have a truer just slowly cut the tire at 24mm with the truer turning. BE VERY CAREFUL WHILE DOING THIS!!!!!!!! Then just round the edge again.

Where the mesure for the drop is taken with the gauge included with the kit? The problem is that the ver 2 rear arms have a lower point where the shocks are mounted. Is that the point of mesurement?

Are you talking about DROOP or DROP?
If you are talking about the droop that used the AE stepping guage to measure, you measure that by using the lowest point of the rear arm where the 2 pivot balls going into....

If you talk about the drop like the ride height....use the lowest part of your chassis.

LOLA is always the fastest type of body......even vs GTP, but ppl like the GTP looking cause LOLA does look a little TOO OLD for now a day body design....

On NTC3, no matter what you do (cut the shock tower as well) LOLA body will not sit to the lowest point onto the NTC3 (lilke Serpent, V1RR or MTX3).....you have to either CUT 2 holes onto the body and let the body sit with 2 towers sticking out....or some ppl actually HEAT the body a little and PUSH toward the tower and let the heat to FORM the shape of the tower onto the body....

But both way.....they looks horrible.

The last solution............I believe, there is 1 company made a special LOLA type of body that has a high hip at the front part to allow chasis like NTC3 with a tall shock tower and still fit that body....I forgot what brand they are front, but I know you can find that at www.speedtechrc.com A lot of ppl use that overseas on their NTC3 and 710 and can still using the stock shock tower.

Default .12 engine

I am new to Roar regulation on .12 engine. According to the latest Roar regulation on .12 (not .12 open class) nitro touring class, turbo plug is allowed. Does it mean 3 port turbo engine is legal according to Roar? In the club that I race, only standard plug is accepted. I've seen people using 3 port turbo engine with standard head and standard plug. Do all 3 port .12 turbo engines have a replacement standard head?

Is there any web sites where I can find out what engines are Roar legal?

My Nova Rossi Rs12S1 engine just blew up, I am looking for a replacement ROar legal engine that delivers the best performance. Any recommendations?

3 port turbo is ROAR legal. If your club does not allow turbo plugs, simply change the button on the head to accept standard plugs. Mugen X12 is a great engine for 3 port non-turbo

Raceblast- you have pm or email me at [email protected] I have a great engine for you. It's a Richey RTU. Better than a JP mod.

That is exactly the one that I was talking about, the front is a little weird looking but fit the NTC3 nicely without modification...

and No, there are no aftermarket shock towers that lowered the shock tower to clear LOLA body.....
