Arrow NTC3 Clutch

I've read several places where someone stated to use a Centax Clutch on the NTC3. If you 've done this. Could you tell me which Centax Clutch to get.

Also, could you guys offer any suggestions on other parts to replace that will aid in making this car handle better and help strenghthen it.

Thanks,
muddywaters

nice ... anybody know where to find the RPM bumper online? I tried SpeedTech and MicroRCshop but I couldn't find any RPM products.

Sure it's good but think of the $25 it will cost to replace a broken graphite tower. Oops I was thinking about the K Factory set. The 3 Racing is afully cheap compared to that. Me personally, I will stick to the stock (not carbon) towers as they've lasted for three months of racing every weekend and are still intact (no Fix either).

BTW even at 5 mph you should expect to do damage to you car because IT'S A CONCRETE CURB and that will not move or absorb any impact. Try driving your 1:1 car into a concrete block at 5 mph and then tell me how much it'll cost to repair the damage.

Here's a thought, try searching Tower for RPM and then the bumper. It should be listed at $9.99.

Arrow "The Fix"

I just bought the NTC3 and have been assembling it here and there for a few days now. This is not my first RC though. I've built several 8th Scale Off-road Buggies and Stadium Trucks plus a couple of Impacts. I am hoping to find suggestions on the necassary upgrades(ie. ti turnbuckles, sway bars, one-ways, etc) before I assemble the whole kit.
I've been reading post on this thread all day. Well, in between the "Honey Doos." lol I keep hearing about "the fix." What is it, will I need it and where can I get it.
Hopefully, my intentions with the NTC3 will not offend you guys. But, me and my son are building it to Race around the Parking Lots. I have a few Impacts I built for me with 21's and this is gonna be for my son. It's getting the NS12 5Port. Regrettably, we do not have no on-road tracks near where we live. We do prep an area in the parking lots with blowers and brooms. They are mostly Drag Racing and making Top Speed passes. I am planning to get the accessories needed to set up a road coarse.
I was hoping someone can advise me which direction to go with this car. This way I can build it with the recommended parts the first time. Instead of assembling the kit now and having to rebuild it with the suggested parts later.

Thanks in advance,
muddywaters

Default bearings 4 jscamery

just thought i'd let you know i saw some rubber sealed
bearing kits for the ntc3 for $30 and this is a complete set
for the whole car they have them at tq hobbies which is not
far from oviedo at all just thought i'd let you know
and i have also noticed my ntc3 eats the bearings you mentioned
occasionaly , most often this happens after i have bent the
alluminum cvds. this i believe causes the bearing to go too
oh well good luck later

to stop the bearings from breaking , stop hittting the boards and/or crashing , i have the original bearings in my car since the beginning of the season ,,,

in regards to the fix, ,,, please read the last few pages,,, especially pages 1-161 lol ,, i know there is alot , but the info gathered there is invaluable,,, and a brief explanation wont do it justice
