Congratulations to Scott Rister, on his 2nd place finish. Not bad considering he is an unsponsored driver. Scott also has a couple of national go kart wins in the 125 open shifter class. His next race will be in Texas, if we can get his stuff ready. I heard Ralph is going to come drive a kart that week.
Congrats to rcfoolz, for making the A, good job.

Cool Wow I just hit the rewind button for my first winternats racing experience

Wow I just hit the rewind button for my first winternats racing experience and I’m going to have memories that will last me a life time. I should or could write a book on how so many good moment and some bad but the high ratio of good thing win!!!
I really enjoy the friendship with Team Serpent and congratulation to Paolo, Maxy, and DJ on their first place wins!!! And thank you for making us proud.
Mother nature was at her best and we couldn’t ask for any better weather so as the brownies and cookies from Mr Larry. P.S. good thing almost every body had to leave early to go wrench on their car because they were going fast.
Another Wow for the dedications of Mr Jim Rice and the crew for such a great smooth event. My family and friends around the world were able to view and keep updates for this racing event, Thank you guys!!!

And how can I say thanks James Borrows for letting me pit for you and making the bump up to the A main and almost made the podium but finish the race. Thanks you made me proud of my work.

And Doug McNeely you are the man such a great dedication for the Team Serpent and the RC community, you were ready with tools, parts, tires, shirt, you name it, it was there. And thanks for your help and pit work making me bump up and coming home with second place trophy d main and after I been through a rough time the d don’t matter because next year every one better watch out I heel fast.

Hope to see every one soon

Default 2009 Winternats

Hi guys you can check out my race report at the following link.

The new M353R engines are awesome. They are super fast, reliable, and easy to tune. I must say that this engine made up for some not so perfect driving from me during the week. I was able to turn some 12.8 second laps during qualifying, and in practice even faster. Now I just need to work on that driving line.

Speaking with Vincent Jackson, he said he never pulled full throttle during his A main qualifying run, and he was able to run almost 25 laps on fuel. Now that's an awesome combination of power, and runtime.

Congratulations to all my team drivers who went to Winternats. You all did a good job.

Thanks to the Ft. Myers crew for making the great traction this year. It sure helped lay down the power. They run a pretty smooth race program too.

Congratulations to the winners DJ Appolaro in sedan, and Paolo Morganti in 8th scale, and Maxy in masters 8th scale. They sure know how to get it done at team Serpent! A clean sweep for the team.

Thanks to my pit crew Bobby, and Chay for staying an extra day. I met a lot of new friends this year, and I am already looking forward to next year.
