Seized Nitro Engine??
 

I have a nitro motor that I ran 5+ years ago. When I last ran it I put After Run oil thru it.

Will it be possible to take it apart clean it, change the spark plug and run it again without having to replace any parts?

Possibly. Usually left over castor oil dries up in the motor and locks everything up. Pull it apart and soak everything in alcohol or old fuel to dissolve all the gunk and clean it up as best you can. If the bearings aren't too corroded it just might run fine.
