Default Part Number Request

I need to rebuild the car during the off season. Anybody have an OFNA part number for teh LD3 Pro chasis? All I can find is the stock one and the 7075 part number, and for the price of that I'll convert it first.

Anyone know what comes with the Cd3 conversion kit. I know it comes with the upperdeck, Shafts, Tank, and Chassis. But does the pipe come with it.

from top of my head you will need:
Pipe & Manifold
CD3 One-way unit (LD3 one-way goes the wrong way)

You just did...

I gotta do the overhaul on mine/ I got a total of 12 pair of tires, which should get me thru most of the season. But I need a new engine for the new season.

Default Clutch

Hello all,

I just got an LD3 pro from a friend. I finished rebuilding it and wanted to know if this clutch will work with it:

Nitro TC3 Complete "Push Type" Centax Clutch Set W/Low Profile Heat Sink Engine Mounts (Anodized Silver)

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...sPageName=WDVW

I want a centax and don't won't to pay $80 for Ofna's.

Also, could someone tell me how many NTC3 parts are compatible with the LD3?

Thanks,
Daniel

If it fits and meshes properly, it should be okay. You can also use an MTX-3 clutch.

Thanks for the info. But I wanted to know if the NTC3 gear mesh is the same as the LD3 pro gear mesh?

Also I just found out that my LD3's previous owner was running a 38/42 spur gear and a 19/24 pinion gear. Would this affect my spur and pinion mesh because I stripped my 42 tooth spur gear today.

Thanks

I get it now. Thanks kevin.

My club season starts in three weeks and am planning on running my LD3 pro. Still trying to work out the clutch. I keep breaking clutch springs, I think I am going to have to move to the centax and 0.8 module gears for it to work right.

Hope this forum and support for the LD3 isn't "dead".
I bought my Pro over a year ago and only got to break
it in last summer and started to run it in the fall before
the days got so short, cold and wet. Anyway the few
times i got to run it, all i can say is "DAMN" it handles
awsome and it's only set up stock. It's like the car
has perfect balance front/back/left/right. I've only
had electtric rc experience b4, but with the LD3 I
thought the added power would send the car
allover the parking lot with out a perfect setup.
Hope to hear about you guy's racing and your
LD3's spankin' rear ends!
Later...
