Ofna hex tools

Hi Everybody:

I just over-torqued a Ofna 2.5 hex tool and broke the tip. Anybody know where to get a replacement tip?

I think that Ofna tools have a lifetime warranty. Just send it back to Ofna and they will replace the broken piece.
