1/10 sedan nitro racing foam tires reccomendation?
My friends and I are racing this weekend at the local school. What foam tires do you guys reccomend? I have used GRP and Jaco Nitro Shoes. Where can I buy twister tires for cheap? I saw some cheap RB tires online-are those any good? Thanks.

will the kyosho style and serpent style fit my ntc3 and mugen mtx4? why are these tires so cheap-$10 for 2 tires-is that right?

Twister tires has some pretty good bulk deals if you go in with a few buddies. If you're gonna be in a local school parking lot, get some 35 shore. Im not sure if you guys are gonna clean and blow-off the surface; then treat the surface with some soda for traction. You should try to keep a good inventory of different shores in your arsenal. I would reccommend 35,37 or 38's, and some 40's.

are grp's noticably better???
im running 38 jaco nitro shoes now, but was slidding every where, and like just slided when i tryed to stop and i wasnt even going that fast....
also what shore would be recomended for night time ashphelt racing where the track temp is around 20 degrees celcuis sometimes a bit colder track temp too.

We usually use 40 sh, 42 sh and 45 sh when traction is high.
Most car park track surfaces would need 35s-37s while as the day goes on and more qualifying heats are run and traction improve, we'd maybe go up to the next shore up.

Your track surface is probably to blame, it must be completely dust free and preferably treated with some type of traction additive.

IE: If I was running a 40 shore GRP tire and went to a Jaco, I would use a 38. If going to Kawahara I would use a 42.
I have had several disagreements with Jack, and am one of the last guys to defend him but something is missing here. His tires handle just fine and they are fairly inexpensive as well.

All i can say is the new jaco tires are awesome.. more traction then you can imagine.. Yea i am biased since i race for them. But the fastest laps at the last major race where on them. Oh yea the TQ and winner was on them also.
Another benefit from then is the pre camber . Wow this made a huge difference in tire wear . The tires wore even through out the run...
Also on my Xray Nt1 i ran 40 fronts with 45 50 rears... At the last major race . LOL
Car was perfect alittle loose on power but that is what i wanted to go fast.
