it could be assembled wrong. or you could have it turned in to far or turned out to far

read your manual for the default setting and go back to it

LOL  :ha:

What engine are you using? The stock .12rSS? Tear down the transmission. See if its using the black spring in the 2speed gearbox.

While it was funny as hell( ), please edit your title.

Try KY !

Try v***** it should make it shift and if all else fails a spray of WD40 will go a long way!!!

Sorry dude, couldn't resist but maybe the best thing is as was said just tear down the gearbox and then reassemble following the instructions, also make sure you loctite the adjustment screw incase it is changing the adjustment while you're running.

Make sure you didn't crush the spring while adjusting it....'

If you did,no amount of turning it will help..

KY would definitely do, since it helps enlargen the exhaust port.

while non-shifting is the favourite SS problem...shitting is the 1st i've come across n i couldnt resist saying something:
mine also had that problem...
75% of the time its bcos the set screw wasnt threadlocked, making the 2nd gear shift, but not engaging your center driveshafts.
