Default throttle go fast after not pressing it?

when i was breaking in my enigen i let go of the throttle as i knowest that the speed increases its like as i was holding the throttle what do i need to tune the low speed needle main needle or fuel outlet adjusting screws? lean or rich open or close

for the low and high speed needle, go back to factory setting

try it first, and see what happens

if still the same, then lean the low end just a little bit and "lower" the idle
