All I need from the engine is it to be a .12 with a side exhaust and not be a novarossi.

I aready own the R so cant change now to the S. I am having trouble finding a engine with the sg crank which the R requires. But if can somehow fit a threaded crank using a standard clutch it would be all good. I am just hoping someone out there may already done this as I don't the money to buy bits and pieces and there not going to work.

I am using the RRR rear end it works very well and I like being able to change the roll center without major modifcation. The FW
seems more planted with the RRR conversion,I also use the front 0 degree hubs you will get mad steering. I do use the 37 Ring gears also.

Hi

Where do you get the rr rear hubs and the steering hubs from? If I can get these i'll put the mtx-3 hubs on the evo (it needs it!).

Cheers

I am a Kyosho Team Driver, you should be able to get the RRR hubs soon. The Mugen hubs work great, I would use them untill
the RRR parts hit.

Hi

thanks for that. I just want to have the ball ends the same size and the axles as I need to carry mugen spares for the MTX 3 hubs. The ball ends are 8mm instead of 9mm

What are the 0 deg front hubs? I havent seen these

Cheers

Default new driver

Hey guys, I just built my fw this past weekend. This is my first Kyosho and I must say I am impressed. it was a very easy build and the layout is awesome. I am looking forward to kicking some NTC3 and V one RR but this weekend. Who makes stronger gears for this car. If the stock ones are weak, I would like to have the stronger ones ready for when they go. Will post pics as soon as I finish my body.

Kfactory ones are better wearing, and they appear to run smoother and truer.

K1614

K1632

K1634

Ziggy, with the stock spring try this. Screw the adjuster nut all the way down until the spring binds and then back off 3/4 turn. This will give a good starting point with .4mm gap.
