I always thought it was a Rubber tyre issue as I've not noticed it when I have run foams on practice days
(cheaper to practice on foams when you are just fooling around)

I'm using HEC one piece pipe with my STS D5R. I think it's the same with JPL. The pipe works fine to me.

Just back from testing the new FW-05M. (Front and centre Kawahara conversion and Mugen rear end)
I started with 20/51 and 25/46 gears and found it was a little under geared as I was trying to use up the old tyres. I switched to 21/51 and 26/46 but the top gear was not enough so went for 27/46. This was just enough for the 130ft straight.
The rear end was eally planted with the new Mugen hubs but still found the outer wheel coning until I applied 3 deg of camber. I did remove the rear roll bar but might put it back on as it was no improvement
I used 45 front 46 back bevel gears for the centre conversion which gave me geat overdrive to the front.
The front had too much steering so I had to dial it out on the transmitter to 70%
Next round of the summer series is on Sunday so this should be a good test.
Cheers

Why do you need such a tall 2 gear?
I found 25/46 to be plenty for a 150ft straight as it did not reach full revs.
Unless you are running very small tyre diameter? My rubbers are at 62mm.
