I'll be out again tomorrow. Got the clutch set-up, new springs, new parts and pipe on. Looking good!
Hopefully, it will look the same tomorrow evening as it does right now, minus some tread from the tires.

Went to test the new clutch setup last night after fixing the flywheel pins and putting the spring back in after it fell out.
I goto launch the car and it bogs like the brakes are on. The gears seem to roll pretty easy. So im guessing maybe the messed up spring I re-used was probably not in good condition?
Im just confused why it bogs down like something is catching.... I have to go almost full throttle to get the wheels to spin. Then it seems like everything can move ok.
I guess ill be taking it apart today or tonight and will give it a look. Im going to probably just remove the spring and see how it runs without.

I am not sure why everybody is pre-occupied with the spring. The clutch works with and without and it makes only a small difference.

Fastharry: Go aftermarket? At least if they are proven. I dont know about them but they look similiar.

Also while on the subject of aftermarket do's and donts. For everyones knowledge. Im going to have to suggest against ever using the 3racing steering set. Otherwise it seems everything from 3racing is better than gpm except in 2 areas.
The GPM steering kit and the front sway bar mounts are far superior. Since those also come with new sway bars. Also the steering kit for gpm has better support (more stock like) for the arm brace and what seems to be the correct height. While 3racing is very small support and its too tall....this all equals TONS OF SLOP.
I switched back to stock the other night and my car is much better. I think im going to take the plunge and get the carbon graphite arms to just see how it runs , this should also eliminate the slop in all my old plastic parts that are on this used car.
Ill let you guys know how much more that eliminates it.
