Tracks on Park and Rec Land
For all interested,
I'm putting together a document template for proposals to local parks departments to build racing facilities. If anyone is involved with the bureaucracy in a parks department or has a helpful friend who is, please PM me so we can chat. I'm speaking with a couple people now but the broader the input the better. Also for those involved with clubs your input would be valuable.
