New Euro track in california ?

Anybody know where this track is ? i found this youtube video taken by kevin jelich. the nitro car looks pretty fast on the track; whomever was driving it. the video is not its best quality but you can see the nitro car clearly. look like they have a offroad track also in the background. check it out.
