WCE stands for world championship edition. The car will have to win the worlds first.

The current Kyosho RRR EVO never won the world championship, but it was called a "WC" edition, the only Kyosho Touring Car that won the IFMAR World (in 2004) is the original RRR

I agree with you whenever I am part of the conversation and you are correct. JL red dot is not the answer to every question

I would love to come down this weekend and I would, but I am leaving to go to the GLC on tuesday and I have already shipped out some of my gear. I am going to order an M3 this week, but I definitely will not have it ready by then.

Its an inside joke, but put simply Sam seems to answer every question with "JL red dot". Of course that is an exaggeration, but if you read a good percentage of his over 4,000 posts you will see "JL red dot" in quite a few of them.

Im a bit over half way through building mine.

Front and rear ends are done. Just setting up the radio tray now.

My first impressions are:

New Plastic. Seems stronger/stiffer.
New Gearbox. Hot. A lot better fit than the old one.
New 2nd Gear with Steel inside instead of Alu. Hopefully helps with the stripping issue.
New adjustable servo saver.
Longer rear arms/driveshafts.
Thicker rear shock tower.
Chassis milled out near clutch bell. Should allow clutch bell removal without having to loosen the engine.

I cant wait to get it onto the track.

It will be making its track debut in Qld at the State championships.
