I've had them in my car for 1200 laps now and not a single sign of wear.
I'm really impressed by the quality, thumbs up to Capricorn.
Other companies (Shepherd, Serpent) are testing them as well but they are experiencing a lot of failures.

The Capricorn gears last a lot longer as the 2 days you are saying.

now, any idea if they fit the huge kyosho diffs? capricorn and redrc seem to indicate the nt1 specifically and only.
capricorn does have some cool ultralite dogbones for the rear, thats probably worth more than these gears alone.

To date I have just lumped all plastic gears in the same category, apparently your month of testing them is positive.

The ultralite dogbones do break.
I snapped one last year when I was leading the race, so no more aluminum driveshafts for me.
But the diff gears will make a bigger contribution, you save about the same amount of weight but the momentum created by the diffs is much higher as that of the driveshafts. You can really notice it on braking, at my home track you need to brake very hard at the end of the straight, almost to a standstill while the car is going 105 KM/H, and now with the capricorn diffs and brakepad's I'm able to out brake pretty much everyone by a couple of car lengths, even the Shepherd car which is amazing under braking.

Interesting..
..but seriously, if you are in one tenths of seconds in each lap, I would start wondering about hip-hop parts.. otherwise just drive
I also noticed that with standard servos, nimh pack and untrued tires my car weights 1700 grams which is the minimum weight over here.. so a lipo pack and high voltage servos are really not a necessity...
Ti screws, Ti pillow balls, Evo 2 parts and a front spool will get you there..
