No, it doesn't, but you don't have to be an American to join ROAR. You must, however, have resided in the U.S. or Canada for at least 6 months to enter a National Championship--I'm fairly certain Atsushi Hara meets that requirement whereas Kenji Osaka does not...

Not positive...but I'm guessing 175' from the inside of both sweepers. give or take 50' Nah...that should be close though.
