TQ engines are modified by Speedline Racing. I don't own one of heir .12 engines, but I do have a TQ modified .21 Novarossi. I've also raced against some of the TQ .12 MT engines. They seem to be strong, reliable engines and could hang with most of the high dollar modified engines (didn't have anything for my Richey MT12, though).

However, my TQ modded .21 is absolutely ballistic. It easily runs with the JPs, Rody's, etc. In fact, I think it might actually be faster than some of those engines, but if I lean it out to it's full potential, I can't control it.

It think you'll be happy with the .12 if you get it. Also, Mike has EXCELLENT customer service if you have any problems.

www.speedline-rc.com . The website is terribly outdated, but just get the phone # and give Mike a call.
