For those looking for the airport code to attend is SJU (San Juan Luis Munoz MArin International) . Regarding for Hotels, Info will be posted soon. The best Hotels are located in the Dorado area, that is about 25 minutes from the track, If you plan in advance you can get good deals locally. Also there are plenty of rooms in the San Juan area, but you must plan in advance. Regarding vehicle rental, please make you reservation prior to get to PR. There very limited the amount of vehicles available, so it probably that you can't find an available one if you don't have a reservation.
For traveling to PR, Passport IS NOT NEEDED. Puerto Rico is like any domestic flight.
If there any question, we are more than happy to help everyone. I am sure that those that came before can assure how we help our guest!!!
Will keep posted.

Hi:
I am the president for the local association. We will be running Nitro sedan Class , 1/8 nitro and Outlaw 200mm. We mostly use the ROAR rules. We emphatize on rules for the sedan class 1/10, we look for weight, wide, body height and engine. For the engine we verify it in case we see or notice something strange. The dates are on the Flyer. Regarding parts and gas and parts, most of them can be bought at the track. Locally you can get, Maxys fuel, Odoneel, Sidewinder. Also there are 2 local brands that I think also will be available, which are Corozo and Speed RC. Regarding parts, Serpent, mugen and Kysoho can be bough locally. Serpent have the largest parts support. Tires there are mostly 2 brands available, Twister and Jaco. Kysoho are also available but are very hard to find.
Is there any other question don't hesitate to write again.

Yes you can run you car in Outlaw class, I think it will also can be run on sedan class. 1/8 is no problem at all. Regarding electrics, we had been inviting them on every state race we have, even for free, and they don't show up, it is a dead class.
30% fuel there isn't a problem, that is what must of us use. I run Maxys 30%.
This link will get you to our local forum where you can down load teh inscription form. http://www.hobbiespr.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19511
There is date which there should be everybody written down, but if some one decide to come at last minute it will be welcome too if you are out state.
Personal trasnponder are required to participate. regarding tire, we use to run with 42front and 45 rear for long mains, but right now the track is been repaved so we will know on april how is consuming tires.
About hotels, it will depend on your budget. Good hotels can be found on metro are at prices starting from a $100.00 per night. They are at about 30 to 45 minutes from the track. You must plan in advance in order to find a good one at a good price.
