It is up to you what you want, I can only make suggestions. It is helpful to do research and it depneds on what kind of cash you are willing to dish out. I myself like the RB engines, my X12 never gave me any problems so I bought a V12 Rody for my other NTC3.

well i detail cars for 100 buck about twice a week so the mula"$$$" is not problem
i can always save up
but a list of good parts for a .18 motor

So currently you have a rear exhaust set-up? if so, that is what you want.
As far as I know the RS4 has side exhaust and a rotary carb. The new RS4 18SS has a .18 that will probaly drop right in.

Then go with the 18 if that is THE SIZE
you want, if so use the one from HPI

Should be no problem as long as your engine is SIDE EXHAUST, meaning it comes out of the side of the engine. Go to their web site.

Not the forum, www.hpiracing.com and look at the RS4 18SS and if you want it then check out some of the online hobby shops for the engine.
