Default My HPI got a new engine....

Hey guy, I haven't been around in awhile and I just want to let you guys know what going on........


As you can tell by the title I got a new engine for my HPI... that .15 FE finaly blew up last week......lol My new Engine is A Picco .15 XP (#TP125).... I wanted to know if this was worth the $170 I payed for it????? It's getting broken in as we speak....

This is the Trinity .15 Picco Pull Start Engine with Std (OS-style) Exhaust.

FEATURES: Blue Anodized Cylinder Head, w/Four Scallop Cutouts and
Aluminum Crankcase
Pull Starter
Rotatable Carburetor secured to crankcase by pinch bolt
Rotary Type (not slide valve) Carburetor with
high and low speed, idle adjustment, and screwdriver adjusted
needle valve
Front and Rear Ball Bearings
Standard OS style Exhaust.

INCLUDES: One Assembled Engine w/Carb and Pull Starter
One Drive Washer w/Collet
One Pinch Bolt and Nut for mounting the Carburetor
One Set Instructions & Decal

REQUIRES: Fuel with at least 18% lubricant and 10%-20% nitro
Muffler (exhaust system) depending on vehicle
Glow starter
Fuel filter
Glow Plug, suggest an OS #8 (OSMG2691)

SPECS: Uses the Same Mounting as an OS Max 12CV and 15CV Engines
Displacement: .15 cu in (2.5cc)
Bore: 14.6mm
Stroke: 14.8mm
RPMs: 34,000
Power Output: 1.25
Crankshaft thread: 5mm
Center of left and right mount holes: 31.4mm
Center of front and back mount holes: 11mm
Back of engine to front of drive washer: 56mm
Height: 84mm
Exhaust Diameter: 9mm I.D., 12.5mm O.D.

you already paid and now breaking it in
so i guess worth the 170 or not doesn't really matter
maybe you should ask that question before you buy
