Default Serpent F180 CVD's and options

Hi

I got myself a Serpent F180 to keep driving for fun, don't have time for 1:8 onroad.

Anyway, Serpent has closed their forum, so maybe some of you can help.

Have to say, basic design idea is great, but quality of the car is not so great, poor bearings, poor screws etc. etc. Have to say I'm dissapointed.

Anyway, will try and have my fun with...

Well, one major thing missing is CVD's. The ones from Serpent 960 does not fit, since the F180 wheels has different offsett. Anyone know of any that fit?

Other upgrade suggestions also welcome

I got:
Racing brake discs
Racing brake pads
Titanium screws (From mugen)
Titanium pivot balls (From 710)
A softer brake cable holder
Sirio STI engine

I maintain a reasonable number of crash and wear parts for the F180 as well as foam pre mounted tires to.

Hi Border guys

Any news on the update list?

Mine is almost finished, but would still like CVD's etc. maybe one should change to 960 fixed wheel CVD, since the original ones have slight sideways play of the wheel.

Oooops, put a Sirio S21 CL7-R STI in it, not sure I dare to start it But looks great

Also changed to full ceramic bearings

Do those allow for the quick change wheels?
