Good choice. The 705 is a nice car (as is the MTX-3 in general). I dont have anything against the Mugen (other than the poor design of the lower rear wishbones) and anyone that says its a poor car either has not run one or just is not what would be classed as a real racer
I have worked on nearly all the different cars on the market over the past few months and in general I actually found the Serpent the easiest to set up true. I mean true as in can brake very hard in a straight line with a one-way unit in the front without the rear end snapping loose.
I did also manage this with the Yokomo but it took some time to get the car balanced perfectly.
