ha guys just got and os12cvrx motor
i put it in my hpi3
do you think it is a good racing motor
to keep up with some of the big boys
it looks real fast ?
what is a good temp to race this motor at
i am running on a big on road track
you can run and 1/8 scale car on it
i would like all the help you can give me

its not the fastest motor

but it is very reliable, and easy to tune

since its a big track your gonna need alot of top end, which the CV-R lacks a little

you may wana look at something like the fantom FR-12, due to the almazing top end which is great for big tracks, and the rebuilds are the cheapest i've ever seen

your other option would be a novarossi CX-12

for pull start motors anyways...

got to make it faster
we are having a big race on the 4 0f july
alot of out of town guys are coming
i dont want to be the slow boy in the race
if any body out there has on with a pull start
they want to trade

If you want to keep up with the BIG BOYS(aka Timmy, Erock, Billy etc...) you are going to need to get a MT-12 or MR-12. That is the motor that all of these guys will be running. I just got an OS TR-12, and it seems quite capable of hanging in there.
