Can you please help me choose between Team associated NTC3 plus and HPI RSR 3 :

they practically cost the same

Why one over the other?

both good cars ntc3 is imperial hardware hpi is metric hardware. never driven either but seen them on the track both go well but tc3 seemed to handle better dont know if its driver or car.
what are the spares back up like where you are buying from? and what are you doing with it?have you had nitro before?
