Default Clutch Shoes

I'm wondering what is the material making the clutch shoes?

Teflon with a carbon content.
Speed is only fiction but a 130+km/h MRS4 is for real.

for how long do u guys then start changing the shoes? after 4-5 races maybe??

depending on the clutch material, set up and shimmed properly your clutch can last longer than that. Some replace their clutch just before the pins on the flywheel start sticking out.
