centax worth the hassle on mtx2

just wondeirng if the centax is worth it or is i just going to be a pain in the butt to tune. or should i just get the lightweight 2 speed clutch? thanxs

The main advantage to a centax is the ability to adjust the point at which the clutch engages. If you have no interest in bothering with clutch engagement, than it really isn't much worth it for you. However it can be a rather important adjustment in certain situations.

Being able to adjust the Centax shifting point in one thing. Efficiency that the Centax clutch can provide is another reason why you want the Centax clutch.

What exactly do you mean by that? Reduced rotating mass?

I find the two advantages are the ease of adjustability and the bite it has, but that bite can be simulated with a set of aluminum clutch shoes.
