I don't know if the cheaper analog Futaba servos like the S3003 would also have these o rings. They are like less than USD 15 here. If they do, you could always buy them for cheap and just take the o rings out. I believe the o rings are of the same size. Just an idea. You could always use a spare servo in case of emergency.
What you could also do is to use silicone base sealant. But that is a less than elegant solution...
Else, try and get something from a hardware shop or a shop that specialises in fittings and o rings.
