Here're some useful pictures.
Just use the needle setting (how many turns out from close) from the manual that came with the engine.

When you close the needle don't force it or needle will break.

This is from Sirio:

Bulletin #1
When tuning your Sirio carb DO NOT adjust the mid-range needle. This is set from the factory on a flow meter to help calibrate the other two needles and should not be touched unless you really have a grasp on carburetor tuning. The mid-range needle can be found underneath the high-speed needle on the end of of the carb opposite the low-speed needle.

Bulletin #2
Use oil on the threads of the Turbo head button before installing a glow plug. Work the plug into the threads slowly and be careful not to cross thread the glow plug into the head button. This bulletin applies to the following engines:

TX-18 (optional head button)

Bulletin #3
Sirio .12/15/18 (General Carburetor Settings)
High Speed - 5.5 turns
Low Speed - 2-1/2 (Generally this should be flush with the end of the slide)
Mid Range - Flush then one turn out.

Sirio .21 (General Carb Settings)
Low End: 2-1/2
High End: 5-1/2
Midrange: Flush then turn out

Bulletin #4
If you are running on wet roads or puddles that have been salted, be sure to oil your engine and carburetor throughly with RC8104 after run oil. The salt will start to eat at the aluminum parts and will lock up your carburetor if left for more than 24 hours.

Bulletin #5 05/05/03
When using a Plastic tie wrap to lock the piston to install a flywheel, make sure the tie wrap is thick so it will not be cut. Make sure there is no plastic remaining in the engine as it will cause damage. We do not recommend the use of a piston locking tool as it can damage the piston.

Bulletin #6 05/05/03
We recommend the use of the following plugs
- Sirio .21: Sirio S001720127 Turbo plug or Novarossi C7TGF
- Sirio .12/.15/.18: (standard plug) Novarossi C7S or C8S
- Sirio .12/.15/.18: (turbo plug) Sirio S001720127

I found the motor easy to tune. I also found out that this carb is flowed before it is shipped, so it should be close already. I even messed with the middle needle on accident and I set it back to stock and tweaked it a little and this thing screams. You will be very happy.
