Yes you have to be a ROAR member (this is a ROAR event).

Hi Jim,

This is the info I used to book rooms for the Capital Classic.
These rooms are just 10-15 minutes away from the track.
I'm not sure if Chris seccured the same rates for the NATS,
we'll have to wait for his confirmation...
