Default HEN lean and LEN rich...effects?

just wana chk if i lean too much on my High End Needle but rich too much on my Low End Needle; will it cause any harm to my engine?

just found out the stock settings for my engine (HEN and LEN) is reverse!

given on manual is HEN 3.5turns, LEN is 5 turns but in actual fact shld be HEN 5 turns and LEN 3.5 turns... after double chking.

I always tune my engines by adjusting hsn FIRST until you get good top speed then SECOND adjust your lsn for good take off speed SMALL TURNS ONLY then keep your engine temp in check normally .12 around 110degrees and .21 around 120degrees, look at how your engine is performing you want a good bit of exhaust smoke, what will damage your engine is running at high temp continuosly which is associated with running your engine to lean. its not rocket science follow this simple format and your engine should last you a long time.
