First post helping with the 5 stuff.
If any of you 5 guys have been breaking too many front upper arm pivots
(as I have) this is a fix that I have throughly tested
This uses all Mugen parts.
2) C0111C Steering Rod ends
2) H0867 Threaded Pivot balls
2) H0857 Original 5 threaded turnbuckle
2) H0181B 1mm spacer
Screw the Steering rod end on the original 22mm threaded turnbuckle and screw that into the upper A arm.
Switch out the pivot ball with the same type for the steering arms and shocks, you have to put a 1mm spacer under the pivot ball to get the original roll center geometry(I used a 2mm for a little more steering) snap it on.
The nice thing about this deal is when you tag something hard, it pops off!
I have seen Ralph Burch drive an RC car, It was an amazing thing to watch. So I joined his team and got the same car... XRAY and RC AMERICA
