What are you looking for? Overall, the best would obviously be a centax, but what kind of an advantage are you looking for?
The aluminum ones bite better, but I use the stock black shoes right now, and just cutting them a bit is all it takes to launch hard enough for me.

I use an Avance Centax with either a Delta red shoe or my new favorite is the Mugen grey shoe.
