Do you use any protection (balloon or something) for covering your receiver, since it is very near the tuned pipe? Any problems when refueling with gun, since there will be some waist of fuel possibly dropping on the receiver?

That was my thinking too, it feels much more save having the reveiver next to the G/B servo. But it looks pretty cool having the G/B servo built in laydown position, and theoretically it improves the C/G of the car. But as I said, I am (still) not sure how to judge the pro's and con's.

Anyway, just only a few more days before D-day ... i.e. M3 Evo arrival day.

I ve been doing good my friend...yep my car still as it was from my last race... i have no reason to change anything yet, still handles good....

I made some kind of protection box out of left over lexan bodies cut. So far no problems with me. And yes I use refueling guns too.

The gearbox gears will all physically fit on the M3 but not the M3 Evo. But I would advise against it becasue the second gears on the later models use a steel ring instead of the silver alloy ring & the gearbox shoes are a different material to better match the steel ring.

Not sure with the clutch gears but they should fit the 3D clutch.

At 2 Brothers RC in Bussum, check: 2brothersrc website. The best RC shop and superb personal service. Ask for Richard.

Alternative would be the Dutch webshop of The border online RC shop. Also good service, but online only.

Actually ... http://www.kyosho.de is the distributor for Europe, so you can't order directly from them. They are the distributor for the shops that I mentioned.
