Sorry, I didn't see this for a while. Bill is right on with the OFN36659 pads. They are just what you need.

I thought I would let you GT guys know that we have tested the M21 in the GT cars. It seems perfect. The engine has gobs of low end torque, which gets the heavy GT cars moving very quickly out of the turns. It does this without sacrificing mid, and top. You have to see it to believe it.

The Barcelonetta track in Puerto Rico has a really cool layout.
They have a fine group of fast & friendly GT racers, its gonna be a lot of fun running with them!

The spring from the stock clutch system tends to break easily so I would recommend the following clutch system setup:
http://www.igthobbies.com/WERKS-RACI...EM_p_1541.html
The previous recommendations and recommendations from above should significantly improve your GT's overall performance and converting a "parking lot basher" to an "on road GT race car".
Good luck and have fun. Hopefully one day I'll meet you on the race track and race this class together

I would not recommend modification on the stock engine, its not worth your time and the effort. If you planning on racing this machine on a race track and you would like to run an offroad engine then I would recommend the following engine and pipe, this engine is very durable, great all around power band, nice fuel mileage and the price is right. Take your time break in a Novarossi engine and it will take very good care of you on the track:

Then all the parts I've recommended will work just fine. You might need to shim the clutch bell little bit to remove the back and forth play when you put it on the engine shaft.

Overpriced is an understatement!!! I wonder how much that thing weighs with all that metal that has replaced the plastic. Why would you want to race something like that anyway? I wonder where is the 24K gold parts on that car; for that price, there should be some on it somewhere.

$4500, HUUUGHH YA RIGHT!!!
RACE CAR, YA RIGHT!! What till he TAGS a pipe or hits a WALL and bends and tweaks all those pretty parts to Hell. He will have a hard time trying to find out why his car no longer drives straight or handles like a Turd!! LOL. Race cars have to have some flex to them to take the hits of racing and be durable.
