Chaderick, agree 100%. I got flamed by the one person you are talking about for telling someone to come race at the biggie. Glad the 'rules' for this race are what I recommended in those posts. Thanks Wild Bill for the 'lets get people here to race' rules for this years Biggie! I was hoping the Serpent car would be out by now, so I may have to get another DM1. I for sure want to have a car ready to go for the the nat's in Houston.

Looks Like I will be pit bitch for everyone this race.
I'll make sure people not to abuse you too much. Just take care of the yellow/white car then you'll be fine

Yes this track is similar now that you mention it.

Hey, just wrangled the pinions off a DM-1 clutch bell with some pliers, and in the process put some tiny knicks in some of the high-gear pinion teeth. Nothing major, but they're there. Will this chew up the 2-speed? With an offroader I probably wouldn't worry too much - but with this I REALLY don't want to fry another 2-speed..

It's possible to chew up the spur, just run a couple of minutes and check it.
You should definitely buy a pinion wrench.

If you guys weren't so far away, I would love to hit your track a couple of times to get ready for the December race in Puerto Rico and race with you as well as Mike and JoJo again. Those two guys were a handful for me in Joliet last year and I was lucky to finish in front of them in the GT Open mains.

The split window on the back reminds me of the 1963 Corvette. That is a killer paint job!! Kudos to the painter, especially for the rear split window idea.

Yes he does really nice work, his name is Michael and his company name is Mike's Design. He races GTs as well as off road. He does his work with the slogan good, nice and affordable.
