It just hit me.......the DM-1 won the inferno gt race?!?!?!?!? WHAT THE HELL BLASPHEMY!!!!!! j/k LOL i couldn't help myself LOL

how are you guys really enjoy the new proline bodies??? are they giveing good downforce??? im trying to get a hold of a mclaren F1 body for the inferno im seting up for the the track, any of you guys got experence with it??? it looks like a kick ass body, i like the fact the front it real low so i dont think it would be geting that bulgging effect the others bodies gets

plus im sure it has awsome downforce any insite?

Get the BYSM SM-3 for down force. Does Ofna still make the Mclaren? Make sure you get some 45 and 50 shore Impanema tires for the race.

The track looked like this, so we went to the local parking place for fun.. a short video was captured. Stock GXR28 engine with the GT2 gears..pretty fast.

Miami,

The F1 body does have a lot of front down force, but seemed to lack in rear grip on hi-speed sweeper sections.

My personal experience with the Kyosho Ferrari & ProtoForm PF8 GT bodies is a much more balanced feel on the track.

If you take apart both RTR engines youíll see several differences between them, starting with 3 vs. 5 ports and more. Itís a long race season, it will be interesting to see how things develop.

I have the Ofna McLaren body and I like it. It is really really low, so it doesn't have too much drag. I also think that it is quite well in balance, by means of front and rear downforce, at least I haven't had any issues with lack of rear traction.

Not saying it's a bad body, tried it and it felt a little loose at speed in sweeper sections running -2 degree toe with the short wheelbase set-up.

It is a good looking piece of lexan

Finally got my PF8-GT body late last week. Got it to my painter and hopefully it will be done in a couple of weeks. My painter is finishing up a Kyosho Ferrari body for me. I will post some pics when I get it. My PF8-GT body will have the same paint scheme.
