Yes !!! I use the mp777 servo and ackerman on my GT1 and GT2 !! The mp777 Top plate however will not align unless you use an mp777 chassis for gt1 short chassis use !

This is EXACTLY what i was thinking, since I'm using the inferno chassis i figured i would be able to use the servo saver no problem BUT i would have to continue to use my own inferno ackerman plate since the MP777 is infact more spread apart. I order the parts a few days ago on a whim. I'll let you guys know how it goes.

What is the wheelbase of that body and car?
I have a on road 1/8 capricorn that want to use a GT body and the only i know that fits is the Motonica GT... but they are rare as "#$"#
Anyone know any body rather then the stock pan look style that will fit the 290 cm wheelbase 1/8 on road cars?

This car seens like one...by the looks and have an Ipanema body!!

Bmt 081 has same dimentions as 1/8 buggy cars ... aprox 330mm whellbase ,300+ mm widht ... will not fit on your capricorn .
All these gt type on road bodies are very rare to find ...
Shumacher made one of these rare bodies for the menace gtr
Hpi made the 7581 toyota gt one
Also edam make a gt type body for the exer , this one is the only one that it is not discontinued and you will propably find it at UK.
Check some painting jobs i have done on these bodies
