Default PF8 body

Just to clear things up. Thats me in 3rd.
That is the Protoform body, I was running a converted HotBodies D8 in the past. But this past weekend I was running a bone stock RTR Ofna DM 1SPEC I had just gotten on a trade and didnt have time to paint a new body so I just fitted it to the DM.

LOL, I knew this was coming!!

The only reason I switched was to get the better gearing options for the bigger tracks that I plan on going too. Plus I sold all my 1/8 off road gear. The D8 conversion works Great!! I placed 4th and 5th in the first couple of races I was at earlier this year. Let know when you actually get it running so I can help you set it up for the track.

Tony,

A local friend is the national dealer for Hotbodies in my country, and wants to try to do a conversion for GT over a D8, can you give me a hand on it ?

thanks !

Few pics of my Inferno GT combined with the Ipanema wide slicks and Alpha body, the short version. Kinda mean with 11mm hexes at rear don't you think?

If you guys will notice the rear body post is turned on the opposite side of the tower for easier mounting.

Nice pic Andy. Wish I hadn't had that cloud hanging over my IGT all weekend. It was a beast at the start of the main all the way up until the rear ring and pinion gave out. At least I picked up the 2nd place finish in 1/10 sedan. I just really wanted that 1st place trophy in GT. Next time!!!! I'll get all the gremlins worked out. See ya at the track and congrats to all the winners!

BTW, a big thank you to Andy, Leon, Shawn and of course my pit man Lou LaDuca for all their help throughout the weekend with my GT car.
