I am all for less expensive parts but finding quality cheaper can be kinda hard but thanks for the input
These are a quality part - 7075 aluminum and hardcoated. I have good luck with them offroad - I haven't used them in onroad yet, but I can't see why they wouldn't work as well here. They are actually from the Hong Nor/Jammin side of OFNA I believe. As always, YMMV, but I'd give them a shot...

On-road puts a much higher load on the diffs than off-road . Off-road lets the tires slip , where on-road doesn't. I have used the kyosho straight cut gears for some time and the internals have held up very well.

Also, I am getting ready to place another Italian body order for BYSM and DeltaPlastik bodies, so if you haven't ordered yet, get them in now.

Well, the DM-1 ate yet another spur-gear...

Anyway, gonna order a few more. When you guys order gears, do you tend to experiment more with SG gearing or just go up or down on the CB? Thanks.

(just wondering if I should maybe try 45/49 for ex. in addition to picking up maybe two each of 44 and 48..)

i will believe you there on experience but imo the price of parts is cause ofna is made in taiwan and kyosho is japan...hence the price diff lol diff

After setting up some fast laps with my belt GT, I put it back to 1-speed and modified for rally (happens on parkin places), a short vid just for fun, ok

Sorry it's a bit shaky. It's a lot of fun.

Out of the box it comes with 100,000 in the front and 5000 in the rear. I would recommend 50,000 in the front and 20,000 in the rear.

I'm playing with a DM-1 right now to see how they are. I have never run one and I'm curious about them. I'm looking at 60k front and 20k rear to start. The guys in Washington are running very thick front.(200k) I think. That car is very different and I'll keep posting as I find out more about it.
