Thanks.

We are actually getting a lot of OFNA parts on Thursday that have been on backorder for quit some time. OFNA finally got a huge order in from overseas. So if you have been looking for parts and we have been out of stock, check our site Thursday evening and it should be updated.

Can anyone tell me what if any upgrades there are to the diff ring gear and pinion for the IGT2. I have the stock helical ring/pinion gear which I stripped during last race. I am told that the straight diff ring/pinion gear from the MP777 (KYOIF106/KYOIF21) work better than the stock IGT2 gears. I would apperciate if anyone can share their experience in solving this issue.

Regards,

Erchur

You heard correct

The ring and pinions that you mentioned are the right part #s too.

Just shim it properly and you will be bullet proof

Wanna go even further you can replace the bevel shafts in the diff to
they are titanium.

DIRECT FIT KYOVZW211

Used in the Evolva RRR on road gas car but fit in the inferno Diffs. Lighten your diffs, this is a hot mod that is little know about. Replace the steel bevel shafts for these in your diffs. One of the heaviest items in your car are the diffs. Anything you can do to lighten them will lower rotating mass and improve acceleration.

I also ad a lttle CA glue to the 4 diff screws to prevent them from backing out

Hope this helps...GL

Now only if they made composite diff gears.

These also work in the K Car diffs, and are a fraction of the K Car price...

Thats true they are cheaper but I see the internals on the ofna diffs break all the time. Kyosho diffs hurt the pocket more but are bullet proof as long as they are shimmed right, and at the track durability is a must. But if you have had GL with them I say Great

Quality parts ofton cost more and not all Kyosho parts are cough cough Quality but in this case it is true.

I am all for less expensive parts but finding quality cheaper can be kinda hard but thanks for the input
