Almost there just gota get new servos and motor and a few more parts.

and i hope too show off two new style bodies soon its alot of work,trying to make me a vacuum former lol gota start some where.

Also would it be ok or not to shimmy the 2speed trans so that i don't have to cut the chassis thanks.

You can shim it but its going to relocate your brake lever points,engine location and drive shaft (center) locations. Also depending on what gears you run you may need a fairly large shim.Just keep it in mind.
The thing I hated was drilling the chassis for the longer spread of the two speed (some cars you don't need to do this). I made an adapter plate for my new car I am working on.

Roost, that's a nice job on the plate. pretty work. It added a bit of weight that a DM doesn't need , but it's a clean adaptor.

Well the person that help me out said he love it. I never ran my spec i got it used and part of it was broken..... so i had to build and i said i would give this a try also i have another buggy im converting.

I like the hinge pin mounts. And would probably get the lightened chassis.

Also like the light weight drive cups, looks like they would fit right on the DM1

It's not too bad.It's aluminum and I milled out the entire center of it fairly deep.
