Why is it that every few weeks, this pissing match about "which brand is better" keeps happening? Okay, every brand of tires have their positives and negatives. If you have found a brand of tire, body, etc that you like, more power to you. But, this constant barrage of "My brand tires is better than your brand of tires that you use" really needs to stop. This argument has gotten old and many of us that want to chat about more useful stuff are tired of it. Most of us can care less about what you use on the car; we are just glad that you have a GT car. This constant bickering is really counter-productive and does not help to contribute to the betterment of the class (if betterment is a word).

Jlock,

It starts with FastPete saying WOW and BobbyBlaze saying I'm getting them too.

Then the thread crapping starts from the haters. Next you'll see 500 pictures to bury the topic with the brand or dealer that supports them.

It's really quite funny when it's looked at close.

Jeff, I have told you many times, but you can't seem to get it through your thick skull, that I am my own self, and the comments of others has nothing to do with me. So nothing has came from my "camp"

Also, not everybody that has a GT races, some people like to buy realistic GT bodies for their cars. As you only support racers, I support the GT hobby as a whole.

The common denominator HERE is ALWAYS Jspeed.

He is ALWAYS 1 of the 2 doing the arguing or mudslinging no matter who else is involved.

It is funny I just stated the results I saw with the Impanema WIDE rears! Sometimes size does matter. I didnt even mention the other brands to keep it classy. But then its blown out of context. Oh well I will continue to post my findings, just trying to help everyone out.

Thanks Jeff for your continued support of the Hobby, and GT class, and designing inovative products-tires!

Billy, the big difference is we do not endorse the negative mentioning of other brands by racers using our products, while you apparently feel no responsibility to attempt to minimize the negativity on these threads by your customers.

If you look at FastPete’s & BobbyBlaze’s post on our new wide slicks, you’ll notice they didn’t speak of anyone else’s’ product by name; except Ipanema. This shows class on their behalf and I applaud them.

As far as our GT products geared for racers and racing, yep 100% correct, that’s exactly what we do!
