Maybe we should bring both gas and electric.

Driving styles vary but here is a good start.

Front Diff oil 60,000 weight to 120,000 I use the 120,000

Center is a 2speed trans no oil needed

Rear Diff 10,000 / 30,000

Shocks 80 all around is a good start but I know people that swear by 1000 weight diff oil in their shocks.

Hope this helps. GL

Anybody run an Alpha Plus Z852 green-top in their GT car? It's supposedly more of a buggy engine, with a milder bottom but screaming top-end.. There's a good deal on them at the moment where I live.. I still don't know what kind of engine - or even what size - to go with for my DM-1...

Would be for this track:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UmWXUt4cqdo

My old 10+ gallon old Mach in the video runs out of top-end on the straight... I want more mid-to-top(especially mid), without sacrificing bottom...

(First ever run on this track, with a beat-up old engine, and sub-par tires...)

Did you try your EP with no diff in the center?
I'm using a rigid center with my EP GT but didn't have the time to try it with center diff.

My EB4 S2 (assuming that I don't have yet the ideal setup on the car), with center rigid axle, 100.000 on front and 10.000 on rear diff, without sensor, is very nervous out the corner.

I'm waiting for the new ESC and try it with sensor and see how it goes, but would like to know if I can get more control with the center diff.

Regards!

Here's a picture of Patric's new 1/8 GT Warrior body.

He's also hooked up with our new matching wide rear GT slicks.

Thanks Patric, looking great!
