You're talking about the KC45 type clutchs, yes?
Sounds like a cool tip, nice.

And if you sand the inner side of the clutch bell , you will have no slippering between clutch shoes and clutch bell so u can imagine how well and cool it works.

We are talking about a 1/8 onroad clutch for the Evolva. I think KC45 is a buggy style offroad clutch.

The best thing to do is contact Roger Bourland at www.thirdcoastracing.com or post your question to this thread:

SWCS 2011 Schedule

He will be more than happy to send you a copy of the rules or let you know what the rules for the class are. Hope to see you at the Biggie at the end of May.

The rules for this class are really open right now. We have guys running .21 offroad and on-road engines of all types. There is a guy running a graphite chassis on his car. We are really open and just want to grow the class. Bring your car and race. I think the only rule that they will for sure make sure of is that you are running a 3 diff off-road style shaft drive car.

No sir, there are established rules for the Open and Spec class in the SWCS. This is why I referred him to Roger Bourland to answer any of his questions concerning rules for GT. Let Roger and the committee handle any questions anyone has concerning GT and its rules that don't race with us on a regular basis.

Are you really kidding me? We want to grow this class!! Open is open. In Dallas one car had a graphite chassis I know of. Another was running a $700.00 Murnan Mod Flash .21. We dont have enough people to worry about Spec, open, anything. If someone shows up to race this class I am sure no one will care as long as the car is a converted 1.8 buggy and does not have a centex clutch. Well maybe you will JLock, but you will be the only one. Maybe that is why this class died so fast in the first place in 2009. This is a fun class to run in. Toyer come to the Texas biggie and have fun. Most everyone will welcome you with open arms.
