Does a 21 really have the guts for a 1/7 DM-1? Thanks...
Yes! Nova 35 Plus 21 pulls a DM-1 great. You can't go wrong with a Novarossi. If you want a .28 then the Nova PLUS28-7T is an animal. The entire engine line for 2011 is awesome.

Sorry I wasn't using the word "drift" properly. A dirty parking lots it's sometimes drifting more than driving. For increased slide the stock IGT tires are good, they're harder compound and the tread is low. But what comes to real drift tires I think one has to make them himself..

Ya I got what your saying. The stock Ofna tires is driftable until it hit about 75 degrees and it starts to hook up.

IMEX makes very hard tires, they don't grip the track at all. Another good thing (for drifting) is that they are very cheap.

You can buy the Spec as a roller, just in case you didn't know.

Best bet for drift tires are the Technokit hard compound rally game car tires. They are a solid rubber tire and are quite hard. It takes temps in the 90's before they start to hook up at all.

Thanks for the help on the tires guys. Every time I go drifting in front of the hobbyshop, the interest in this class picks up and I hope to get some racers on board to do some lot racing, we dont have an on road track near by.

Yes those are the ones I was talking about. My friend bought them just to try them but they didn't hook up at all, so I guess that they will be good for drifting.
