Just gonna be a fun weekly race for me. All the heat will be on the track. Thinking of buying a new engine for open classes in the future. Any good suggestions out there?

Looks like 2011 will be one great year for GT racing! I will ask for a few days of to attend the GT Nats this year. Hopefully Tabushi can make that race or the Caribbean Winter Cup in Puerto Rico. He visited us a few years ago and was very fast. I was going to the ROAR 1/8 Off Road Nats this year but now I will save the free days for the GT Nats! I will get a few of us to go to this race.

Great new jneg!!! Looks like we will at least see each other twice this year. We will enjoy racing in each other's backyard. Rechecked my company's calendar and there should not be any work conflicts for the weekend of your race. I believe Jspeed is suppose to attend your race as well. GT racing is definitely picking up!!!

You definitely have the perfect track at Leisure Hours to do it. Got to make it back there to race again. Definitely a fine track to run GT on and home of the Open and Spec GT national champion, Mike Lyday.

Is it summer yet? I think there are piles of of snow about 10'-15' tall between the track and salivation..... Never mind the temps....

Thanks

Do you know how much clearance is available when using the wider rear tires on a PF8 GT body or any other 8th body type considering the extra width? I can recall running wider tires on the rear of a different model years back, but the draw back was the fenders cutting the outer wall of the tire will this be a factor thanks!

Our design will work fine with any of the other GT bodies too. The offset is tucked under the car. The attached picture shows them on a GT Warrior body. Have fun.
