Is anybody running an RC8Be? What body mounts, bumpers can be modded to fit?

I guess you could use the SC8 body mounts and shock towers. I know you can try the front bumper of the DM-1. I have both RC8 and SC8 so I know almost everything is compatible. The SC8 has about the same wheelbase as a DM-1 Spec. This will be my next project so I will try to keep you posted.

yes coming in at same shipment, we have enough to cover all the pre-order dealers.

Wat shock oil you guys are using for front n rear? 70 n 60 or 80 n 70? Any limiter? I m converting my 1/8 buggy to GT.

My method is a bit un-orthodox, but it works for me. I use mobil 1 synthetic axle grease (red) in front and rear and if it needs thinning, I mix 5000 in front and 3000 I'm rear. I learned this from a harm 1/5 scale team driver. The advantage of the axle grease is that it doesn't over heat and thin out.

It won't hurt. Just remember if you hit something or scrape the boards, you may have to check the tires on that side/point to see if they are still balanced.
